Together, our team of directors, consultants and support staff work to ensure each and every one of our schools and candidates are provided with an excellent all-round service. Chris Bone - Managing Director

Since its acquisition by Juhler Group in January 2017, I have been Managing Director of Education World. On day one, we inherited an already strong team, expertly led by Graham, and have subsequently added additional expertise with a view to achieving our stated mission: to be the leading provider of education recruitment services in the North East of England. Our future plans are to grow in a sustainable manner and to continue to serve our clients in an honest, reliable and personal way.

Graham Simms - Operations Director

Working for Education World since 2008, I am now proud to hold the role of Operations Director with what has established itself as a well-respected brand in education recruitment throughout the north east of England. Our fantastic team of consultants and back office support share my principals of long lasting relationships with partner schools, offering a genuine value added, bespoke solution for all of their recruitment needs.

Andrew Hutchinson - Senior Education Recruitment Consultant

I have worked for Education World since 2014, I have recently been appointed as Senior Recruitment Consultant and have responsibility for looking after primary and secondary schools in Gateshead and Sunderland. I really enjoy working in the education recruitment sector and feel proud to be part of such a vibrant and forward-thinking company.

Beverley O'Neil - Senior Education Rercruitment Consultant

I qualified as a Primary Teacher in 2010 and with my knowledge and expertise of the Education system, I made the transition over to be an Education Recruitment Consultant in 2014. I am proud to say that I am now Senior Recruitment Consultant and service the Durham area where I look after mainstream and SEN schools. In June 2016, I became a School Governor for Durham Trinity School and I’ve recently qualified as a Moving and Handling Trainer.

Dan Whitfield - Education Recruitment Consultant

I have worked within the Education Sector for a number of years and pride myself on working with honesty and clarity for both candidates and schools alike. I believe that a strong relationship is the key to understanding what is required in order to get the best from our candidates to ultimately benefit our local pupils. Working in such a close knit team where we help and support each other in all aspects of our role is an environment I really enjoy working in and one that I feel ultimately benefits the schools and candidates that we work with.

Abbie Bowes - Education Recruitment Consultant

Since 2017 I have been employed as EYFS Specialist Consultant for Education World. Looking after nurseries and schools in the North-East area, my role entails managing relationships with clients and candidates to provide an outstanding all-round service. I am extremely passionate about education as I am also a qualified teacher and have excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Primary Curriculum and current affairs in education.

Steph Davies - Education Recruitment Consultant

I am a qualified Primary Teacher who has worked in Education Recruitment for the past 12 years. I have recently joined Education World and will be working with schools throughout Northumberland. I am looking forward to working with a fantastic team and new schools throughout the North East.

Sarah Dalziel - Business Support

I have worked for Education World since 2013 and in my current role as business support I am responsible for improving efficiencies throughout the business including marketing, payroll and safeguarding and compliance (and everything in between). Working alongside the management and specialist consultant team, I look forward to playing an important role in the continuing growth of Education World.

Sandra Kennedy - Head of HR

I have worked for Juhler Group in the UK since 2007. As Head of Finance, HR and Facilities as well as leading our fantastic Finance Team, my role involves looking after staff wellbeing and HR functions within the organisation. I am also responsible for quality and compliance throughout the organisation. Education World have been a welcome addition to Juhler Group and I look forward to their continued growth and development.

Ian thompson - Finance Manager

Morag Taylor - Credit Controller

I joined Juhler Group in December 2016 working on the busy finance team as the Credit Controller and more recently as the Credit Controller for Education World too. My role involves dealing with incoming payments and allocations, proactively managing clients’ accounts and ensuring everything is correctly in place.
