Okay ThanksIt's simple! Give us a call on 0191 4409993 and we'll quickly put you through to a consultant who can help. Alternatively, send your CV and a covering letter to admin@education-world.co.uk. Whether you teach primary, secondary, SEN, early years or coach extracurricular activities, we have a consultant who specialises in your area and will be keen to find out more about you and what we can do to help you along your supply journey. As long as you're a suitable candidate, we'll invite you in to register with us and to start the safeguarding and clearance processes. Once these essential checks are completed, you're good to go!
Okay ThanksAll new candidates are interviewed face-to-face by one of our consultants at our office. We check your qualifications, obtain your references, ask you to complete a medical history form and complete a CRB/DBS check as well as a List 99 check (under the Protection of Children Act).
Okay Thanks On the day of your registration, please bring the following documents along with you:
• 1 x proof of I.D (either a passport or birth certificate);
• 2 x proofs of address;
• your most recent CRB/DBS Disclosure; and
• your qualifications.
If you have trouble getting hold of any of the above, please call us on 0191 4409993 and we'd be happy to discuss this with you and suggest a solution.
Don't panic! We'd be happy to help you fill out an application form for a new DBS Disclosure. We’ll also tell you all about the new 'Update Service' you can subscribe to for an annual fee of £13, meaning you may never have to apply for a new disclosure again! Happy days!
