Read Full StoryEducation World is working on behalf of an OfSTED rated 'OUTSTANDING' school in Gateshead to recruit for a Key Stage 2 Intervention Teacher.
The role is due to begin in Jan 2018 and is expected to run until the end of the academic year 2017/18. The main objective of this role will be to prepare key stage 2 pupils for their upcoming SATS exams. As this is a long term role, the successful applicant will be expected the plan, prepare and mark their own lessons. The school is ideally looking for a teacher with a proven history of teaching in key stage 2 who can be adaptable, engaging and can hit the ground running.
Applicants must have QTS and be available to attend a face-to-face interview during which mandatory safeguarding checks will be carried out. You must also have or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS certificate which is subscribed to the Update Service. Education World is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children in education.
Applicants are encouraged to apply ASAP as interview and trial lessons will take place over the coming weeks.
