Are you a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant seeking an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the education of students in KS1? A school in Gateshead are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced TA to join our dynamic team in a diverse and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in a mixed classroom setting with both SEN and mainstream students.
• Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Tailor support to meet the individual needs of both mainstream and SEND students.
• Assist with classroom management and the implementation of educational plans.

Requirements:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Proven experience working with both SEN and mainstream students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and respond to the diverse needs of students.
• Understanding of SEND requirements and strategies.
