Job Title:             Maths Teacher

Location:            Notts / Derbyshire border

Start Date:         January 2024     

Duration:            2 terms (with possibility of permanent position on offer)

Rate of Pay:       £145 - £199 per day

At the last inspection this school was graded as ‘Good’.  In recent years the school has benefitted from an almost entire rebuild of the school and the surrounding grounds which has had a hugely positive effect on the resources available to the school as well as to the general atmosphere.  It is a school that Education World have worked with in the recent past, feedback has been positive in terms of the welcoming atmosphere and also the pupil behaviour.

Candidate Requirements

The following conditions are required to be eligible for this vacancy:
  • Valid teaching certification in Maths
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
  • Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development is a plus
  • Familiarity with educational technology tools for instruction
  • Full enhanced DBS
  • Minimum of 2 quality references
  • Completion of trial / interview etc
  • Completion of registration with Education World
