Job Title: Teaching Assistant - All Key Stages

Locations: Gateshead

About Us: Education World Agency is a respected education recruitment agency dedicated to connecting talented Teaching Assistants with schools across various locations, including Gateshead. We are currently seeking Teaching Assistants for all Key Stages to support and enrich students' learning experiences in diverse school environments.

Position Overview: We are seeking adaptable and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our agency and collaborate with schools in Gateshead. As a Teaching Assistant for all Key Stages, you will play a vital role in providing support to students from early years to primary and secondary levels, ensuring a positive and enriching educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to assist in delivering effective and engaging lessons across all Key Stages.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse needs.
• Foster inclusive and dynamic classroom environments that promote student growth.
• Assist in preparing learning materials and classroom organisation.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of education across all Key Stages.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• Previous experience working with students in educational settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students' education.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and agency colleagues.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
