I am the special education needs & behavioural specialist recruiter for Education World. Throughout my career I have always played an active part in recruitment within all of my previous job roles. Previous to Education World, I worked operationally in the care sector for local authorities. When the opportunity arose to transfer my skills in to SEN/SEMH Education, I jumped at the chance. I am a highly motivated, strong, committed individual with a genuine passion to support my schools and candidates finding them a great match. I am always keen to find new ways to support my schools and their students in any way I can with their education and social/emotional wellbeing.
