Working for Education World since 2008, I am now proud to hold the role of managing director with what has established itself as a well-respected brand in education recruitment. Our fantastic team of consultants and back office support share my principals of long-lasting relationships with partner schools, offering a genuine value added, bespoke solution for all their recruitment needs. Hello I am Andrew and an Education World veteran. I have worked for the company since November 2014 and it’s been quite a journey. I started in a very small office of 4 employees, so its very exciting to see where the company is today with multiple UK offices and close to 30 employees. Initially I was a recruitment consultant running a very successful desk looking after predominately primary schools for a number of years. I took on management responsibilities in 2019 where I continued to run a desk and manage a team of consultants in the North East. My desk continued to grow and so did the team achieving great results year on year. In 2022, I took the difficult decision to give up my desk and focus solely on managing. I now manage Education World temp sales teams across Gateshead, Durham and Sheffield as well as our EWRS team. I look forward to the continued success and growth of these teams into the next few years.
Hi I'm Sarah, the Head of People and Culture at Education World. I'm responsible for human resources and organisational development. My role involves leading initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace. I am dedicated to creating an environment built on trust, transparency, and continuous development, ensuring that every team member feels valued and empowered.

I have been working in Finance roles since 1998 and for Juhler Group companies since 2013 and have over 10 years experience with processing weekly temporary workers payroll. I enjoy a spreadsheet more than what would be considered normal.
My name is Richard and I lead on the permanent sales at Education World. I have been in Education in a variety of roles for 15 years now and started as a sports coach apprentice in a Northumberland school. I have since gone to qualify as a teacher, and worked my way through the ranks over the past 10 years. My last school-based role seen me lead a school as Headteacher of a South London primary School. I have recently joined Education World and look forward to working in line with the company values to ensure we place the very best teachers into schools both in the UK and overseas. Like many, I am passionate that children are taught by the best calibre of teacher possible and will do all I can to ensure EW supports schools in finding the very best teachers out there.
I have 8 years’ experience in customer services and administration across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, utilities and education. I joined Education World in February 2019 as the sole compliance officer and as the company grew became the Compliance Manager responsible for the oversight of our stringent compliance procedures and a team of compliance officers. In 2023, I made the move into systems, IT and data.
