The ideal candidate will have:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (unqualified practitioners are welcome to apply too)
- Experience working with children aged 0–5
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- The ability to work effectively as part of a nursery team
- A professional and reliable approach
