Education World is currently recruiting for a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join a growing and welcoming nursery provision in Crawcrook.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting children’s development and is looking for a role with potential career progression as the provision continues to grow.
The Role
As a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner, you will:
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
- Observe and assess children’s progress and contribute to their learning journeys.
- Work as part of a supportive Early Years team.
- Take an active role in the continued development of the nursery provision.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification.
- Has Paediatric First Aid certification.
- Has experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting.
- Is passionate, caring and committed to children’s development.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is keen to develop professionally and take on additional responsibility as the provision grows.
