My name is Richard and I lead on the permanent sales at Education World. I have been in Education in a variety of roles for 15 years now and started as a sports coach apprentice in a Northumberland school. I have since gone to qualify as a teacher, and worked my way through the ranks over the past 10 years. My last school-based role seen me lead a school as Headteacher of a South London primary School. I have recently joined Education World and look forward to working in line with the company values to ensure we place the very best teachers into schools both in the UK and overseas. Like many, I am passionate that children are taught by the best calibre of teacher possible and will do all I can to ensure EW supports schools in finding the very best teachers out there.
I have been working within the education recruitment sector for the past 2 years, specialising in connecting schools and candidates within East London. I have dedicated myself to understanding the unique needs and requirements of both schools and aspiring educators in this vibrant region.
