Richard leads our permanent recruitment team at Education World, bringing over 15 years of experience in education. Richard a former Headteacher of a primary school in South London has an extensive background in which education gives him unique insight into what makes a great teacher - and how to support them in finding the right role.
Now, at Education World, Richard is passionate about ensuring schools are staffed with the very best teachers, both in the UK and overseas. His hands-on experience in school leadership, combined with his dedication to our core values, ensures he is committed to finding top talent from across the globe and helping them secure work in UK schools and supporting them throughout their teaching journey.
