Are you an enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages teacher ready to inspire a love of language and culture in the classroom? Education World is working with a fantastic secondary school in Enfield to recruit a dynamic MFL teacher to join their thriving department.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, high-quality MFL lessons (French and/or Spanish) to students aged 11–16.

Design creative schemes of work that develop linguistic fluency and cultural awareness.

Track and assess student progress in line with school and national expectations.

Foster a classroom environment where every learner feels confident, challenged, and inspired to communicate in another language.

Support extracurricular enrichment, such as language clubs, cultural events, and international trips.

Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and drive curriculum innovation.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

A degree in Modern Languages or a related field.

Experience teaching French and/or Spanish at KS3–4 in UK secondary schools.

Passion for language teaching and commitment to high standards of learning and behaviour.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Dedication to ongoing professional development and collaborative working.
