Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
- Work with individual students or small groups to provide targeted support and guidance.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning activities.
- Passion for education and a desire to support student learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different educational settings.
- L2 and Above qualification in a relevant field to education (Supporting Teaching and Learning, Childcare, Early Years Education, etc)
