The Role:
Education World is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Science Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Nottingham this September. This is a full-time role teaching Science across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 (Years 7–13). The successful candidate will deliver engaging and challenging lessons that foster a love of science and help students achieve their full potential.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching Science across KS3–KS5
-
Specialism in Biology, Chemistry or Physics welcomed

A genuine passion for science education

Strong classroom management and planning skills

Willingness to contribute to the wider school community
Key Responsibilities:

Teach Science to students in Years 7–13, including exam classes

Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons

Assess and monitor student progress, offering timely feedback

Collaborate with the Science department on curriculum planning

Participate in whole-school CPD and parent events
