‍ What You’ll Be Doing

  • Teaching small classes of pupils with additional needs
  • Using your planning skills to create engaging, differentiated lessons
  • Applying scaffolding techniques to support progress
  • Delivering targeted small group interventions
  • Working collaboratively with a skilled SEN team
