Job Title: After School Club Assistant
Location: Ryton Area
Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:05 PM – 6:05 PM
Contract: Part-Time, with the potential to become permanent
Are you a caring and enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with children? We are looking for a reliable After School Club Assistant to join our supportive team in the Ryton area.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for helping to deliver a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children aged 4–11 during our after-school sessions. Duties will include setting up activities, supervising play, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring the welfare and safety of all children in your care.
Requirements:

Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education or Teaching Assistant (TA)

Valid First Aid Certificate

Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (preferred)

A positive, friendly attitude and excellent communication skills

An ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when needed
