Looking for Flexibility? We’ve Got the Perfect Role for You
After years of working in schools, we know how rewarding ...and challenging it can be. Maybe you’ve stepped away from the classroom to find better work-life balance, or perhaps you’re looking for a way to keep doing what you love without the full-time commitment. If that sounds familiar, we’ve got good news.
We’re working with schools across the area that are looking for Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and 1:1 SEND Support Staff to fill part-time roles. Whether it’s a few mornings a week or ad-hoc depending on your availability, we can match you with a role that fits your schedule and skills.
Why It Works
We recently helped a teacher who had left full-time work after starting a family. She missed the classroom but didn’t want to commit to a permanent position. Now, she’s working two mornings a week in a local school, supporting small groups – and loving it. She gets to focus on teaching without the pressure of planning and marking.
Similarly we supported a sports coach make the move into the classroom. It was clear his transferable skills and experience coaching children made him the perfect fit as a SEMH practitioner.
This is the kind of flexibility we aim to provide. We understand the demands of school life, and we’re here to make things easier for both you and the schools we support.
