Pay: From £140+ per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Length: September – December 2025 (with potential for temp-to-perm)
A vibrant and forward-thinking secondary school in the Newcastle area is seeking a motivated and skilled Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This full-time role is initially until December, with the strong potential to become a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4

Monitor, assess, and support student progress

Maintain high standards of teaching and classroom management

Work collaboratively with staff to enhance the school’s Maths curriculum
Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Have recent experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4

Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths

Be committed to fostering a positive learning environment
