As a School Cleaner, you will play an important role in ensuring classrooms, communal areas, and facilities are kept clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily cleaning duties across classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the setting.
- As a School Cleaner, ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored correctly.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Clean and sanitise toilets, washrooms, and touchpoint areas regularly.
- Report any maintenance or health and safety concerns to the relevant staff members.
- Work independently and as part of a wider facilities team.
- Ensure safeguarding procedures and school policies are followed at all times.

- Previous cleaning experience – essential.
