Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? Education World is currently working on behalf of a client school in Sunderland who are looking to fill a number of temp to perm and long-term SEN teaching vacancies.

THE ROLE:

  • Full-Time position.
  • Teaching across ages 5 to 16.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Provide tailored support for students with special educational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching children with a range of SEN needs.
  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
  • Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to apply immediately).
  • Adaptable, professional, and compassionate.
