Are you an inspiring Music teacher who can ignite a lifelong love of music in young learners? Education World is seeking outstanding Music teachers to join vibrant secondary schools across the UK – including in London, Birmingham, Norfolk, Yorkshire, and Northamptonshire.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative and engaging Music lessons to students aged 11–16, in line with the national curriculum.

Develop students’ skills in performance, composition, listening, and musical appreciation across a range of genres and styles.

Promote participation in musical activities including ensembles, choirs, concerts, and school productions.

Track and assess student progress, ensuring all learners are supported to reach their full potential.

Create a classroom atmosphere that encourages confidence, creativity, and expression.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to enrich the school’s arts and extracurricular provision.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

A degree in Music or a related field.

Experience teaching Music in UK secondary schools.
-
Strong subject knowledge and proficiency in at least one instrument.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

A passion for inspiring students and building a culture of musical excellence.
