Contract Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, long-term with potential to go permanent
The Role
Education World are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in Doncaster. You will be working across the nursery rooms, supporting babies, toddlers and pre-school children, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
You will be part of a supportive team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week), working shifts between core nursery hours (e.g. 8:00am–6:00pm) on a rota basis.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:

Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, Early Years Educator or equivalent)

Has recent experience working in a nursery, preschool or early years setting

Understands the EYFS framework and can support planning, observation and assessment

Is confident building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues

Demonstrates a warm, caring and patient approach

Is reliable, flexible and able to commit to a full-time 40-hour week
Key Responsibilities

Providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5

Supporting the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS

Contributing to observations, learning journeys and next steps for key children

Ensuring children’s health, safety and wellbeing at all times

Working collaboratively with the staff team to maintain a positive, inclusive environment

Building strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular feedback on children’s progress

Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, hygiene and behaviour in line with setting policies
