Are you an inspiring Modern Foreign Languages teacher with a passion for unlocking a love of language and culture in young people? Education World is seeking outstanding MFL teachers to join thriving secondary schools across the UK – including London, Birmingham, Norfolk, Yorkshire, and Northamptonshire.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and creative MFL lessons to students aged 11–16 (and potentially up to KS5).

Teach French, Spanish or German (depending on your specialism), following the British national curriculum.

Monitor, assess, and report on student progress to ensure high levels of achievement.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and challenged.

Contribute to school life through extracurricular activities, language clubs, and cultural events.

Work collaboratively with other staff to develop and share effective teaching strategies and resources.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

A degree in a relevant language or linguistics discipline.

Experience teaching MFL in a UK secondary school setting.

Strong subject knowledge and awareness of current pedagogical approaches in language learning.

Excellent communication skills and effective classroom management.

A genuine passion for languages and for inspiring students to develop global perspectives.
